Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Two Ships ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Two Ships is a mobile application that analyzes location metadata from your photo library to discover moments you may have shared with friends before you met. The App compares GPS coordinates and timestamps between consenting users to identify times and places where both were nearby.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Two Ships, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not create accounts for anyone other than yourself.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Two Ships to:

• Harass, stalk, or intimidate any person.
• Use matched location data to track someone without their knowledge or consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose.

Connections & Consent

Two Ships only compares location data between users who have both explicitly consented to connect. By sending or accepting a connection request, you agree to share your matched location results with that user. You may disconnect from a user at any time.

Photo Library Access

The App requires access to your photo library to read location metadata. Your actual photos and videos are never uploaded, transmitted, or viewed by Two Ships or its operators. You may revoke photo library access at any time through your device settings.

Intellectual Property

Two Ships and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Two Ships and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Location matching results will be perfectly accurate.
• The App will meet your specific expectations.

Location data from photos depends on your device's GPS accuracy and whether location services were enabled when photos were taken.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Ships and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from matched location results or interactions with other users.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
